Art Gordon

Mr. Gordon is the President and co-owner of Secure Our School LLC (SOS LLC), a security consulting firm located in the suburbs of Maryland.

 SOS LLC is a security consulting firm that now specializes in government contracting opportunities for security consulting services and law enforcement training, with a primary mission of keeping our children safe while attending school.  

 Mr. Gordon’s law enforcement career spanned over 33 years.  Mr. Gordon is a retired ATF Supervisory Special Agent in the Department of Justice (DOJ), and a former Assistant Federal Security Director for Law Enforcement in the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

 In addition, Mr. Gordon served as the National President of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA) for 5 years representing 26,000 federal law enforcement officers.

He is considered a law enforcement expert and has previously testified before Congress on law enforcement matters.

During his tenure as FLEOA National President, Mr. Gordon routinely met with high ranking government officials and members of Congress. He spearheaded legislation to benefit the men and women in law enforcement and was integrally involved in the passage of the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act.

 Mr. Gordon received a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Forensic Science from George Washington University.
